The leadership of the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa met to discuss the various labor disputes in the country, the demands for wage hike, and the state of government-owned enterprises
NUMSA threatens strike in motor sector if negotiations fail
The union has demanded a 12% hike for the approximately 306,000 workers in the sector, in addition to transport allowance for fuel station workers employed for night shifts.
